This website is the portfolio and professional contact presence of Ankur Sarkar. By using it, you agree to these terms and to use the site lawfully.
Creative work and rights
Artwork, images, videos, writing, branding and other portfolio material are owned by Ankur Sarkar or the credited rights holder unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, redistributed, sold, trained on, modified or used commercially without written permission.
Freelance enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Scope, fees, deadlines, revisions, licensing, payment terms and deliverables are agreed in a separate written agreement before work begins. International clients are responsible for providing accurate billing details and complying with applicable tax, import and payment requirements.
External services
This site may link to third-party platforms such as ArtStation, Sketchfab, Supabase and social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.
Availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Ankur Sarkar is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this site.
